Chaotic Reks1 votesi'm not being butthurt about it. i'm saying that champions that already have more than one flash/dash/blink etc. shouldn't be able to take it because they don't need it. Why would you need a 5 minute cooldown flash when you have a (for example) 14 second one built into your champions kit?
