Hello everyone I'd like to say that we seriously need this. BADLY. I just had to dodge 2 ranked games due to a troll. If you want to kick someone out have all 4 players vote yes on that person it marks them as dodging and gives them the penalty. If they're duo then the friend doesn't get a say in the vote and all it takes is 3 people. If you guys have any ideas on this system feel free to say them.

Anomander1 votesPeople would abuse it. I get reported for playing off meta. People rage all the time because I choose off meta. They have a support system in place for things like this. And yes support does take it seriously.

Now while I do not nor have I ever worked for RIOT.
I have worked for some of the largest entertainment companies including gaming companies in the support department. There is always a automatic generated response to each support ticket and in the case of reports the company CANNOT reveal any actions taken. So just because you don't see anything happen and they don't tell you what action was taken I guarantee it was reviewed. And not by a computer.
Now over the years I have been doing this kind of work(15yrs). Most of the reports I received were either blatant lies or misconstrued. Trolling is a hard thing to define. And this is the reason each support ticket need to be individually reviewed.

Anomander1 votesSorry but without watching the match I can't determine if they are a troll or just got rolled. Those stats really tell us nothing. I can't even verify them. How much cs did he have how many wards were put down. Was he just having a bad game. While those stats do look really bad without verification it is just your word. And as a player or as a company a person's word need facts and verification.
If the person in question really was trolling then yes they can face consequences. Riot can go back and review information you and I do not have. Also one game does not mean they need to be banned, however when riot reviews the account and looks at the history the truth of the persons actions will tell them the whole story. Something that you cannot do.
Benpooku1 votesscreenshotting and reporting after the game doesn't change the fact that people don't deserve to lose those games, and they still do, RIOT literally doesn't care about that at all, they show it and admit it, that does need to be changed, with some tweaks, the aforementioned system could work quite well to really help accurately reflect player skill with ranking
