Can Warwick have his attack speed back? And maybe some of that ult cooldown?

Warwick's rework was supposed to be one of the first planned and it still hasn't happened, yet he has the most out-dated and least viable kit (at high rating, more viable at lower ratings) of all champions.
I wouldn't keep your hopes up.
Once they rework him, then riot will care.
You just have to build him differently now fam
It wasn't attack speed, it was the duration of the buff.
just run attack speed reds ms quints, armor yellows and cdr per lvl blues
you have attack speed movement speed armor and cdr
