Has anyone considered this? As soon as darius gets into the fight and starts doing his combos, or lucian hits ult, EVERYONE gets to deal more damage now. If it became a personal buff instead of team wide it would be a lot more fair to play against.
ValyrianBlade3 votesThe whole point of the item is to allow a beefier champion to contribute significant damage to their team while not becoming an oppressive duelist though...
Balance Black Cleaver around only giving yourself a benefit, and it becomes too strong of an item for AD Duelists. Randuins Omen and Frozen Heart are both great responses to an AD heavy team with BC - slow down the stacking rate and the damage.
