If you take a look at my most recent game Irelia vs Jax in top lane. You'll see that first blood was not able to stop the surrender vote. You'll also see that it was a 3-2 and all 5 players were in the game. The duo abused this exploit rengar and jinx by activating it at the very moment of his death. I end up having to go through the eternity of matchmaking once more thanks to this bug.

I'm one of the developers who worked on /remake. The original rules were modified based on some player feedback, so that a first blood doesn't prevent your team from remaking unless it was against your team, and it happened before the player left. To put it simply, a player can't quit after first blood and hope for a remake.

Archadria1 votesProblems: 90 seconds = 1.5 minutes. (Minions Have Spawned) This player is still DC or DC's NOW then at 3 minutes you can /Remake. It's such a hard timeframe. I guess it's good for crashes and dodgers.
tankaram4lyfe1 votesYeah, you kind of hit the nail on the head with your last comment, Archadria. /remake is targeted at a very specific problem: games where people are gone from the very start, like a crash or a dodge. Because it is able to absolve players of a loss, it is also a target for players trying to avoid a legitimate loss so we have to be very deliberate about the cases where /remake applies.

Archadria1 votesThis is the thing all. There is a promo helper system in place. This change is tiered toward high ranked play. Riot is helping everyone fight the trolls and bad days. We need a queue option to kick annoying players and requeue now haha.
