Will Tahm Kench be on the table for the Tank Update next year?

Although it appears that the upcoming tank updates in Season 7 will be mostly Vanguards (and as I recall TK is classified as a Warden in the official registry), Tahm Kench is a tank that desperately needs some help.

He has been sitting on some of the lowest winrates across the board (most especially top) for both his roles, with an abysmal playrate to boot, and has been since his little touch-up in 6.13. I have tried voicing my concerns on numerous occasions but I don't get much feedback but Tahm hate, which I can understand but do not help the situation. One of the main reasons that I perceive that he hasn't been buffed is because he is frustrating to play against and while something is surely warranted, I get that even the smallest buff could cause an uproar. This is why I am asking if Riot is planning anything for Tahm Kench in the (near) future, be it a far-off tank update in 2017 or something more immediate, comparable to the Shyvana touchups that were more a mini-rework than a conrete buff.

Looking for a friend.
