Before someone tells me that "it's a counterplay, they were full ad" - yes it is counterplay but in case of hard carry champions like this build should reduce her damege by 70% if not more yet she still deals tones of damage. I just hope that it was a one time only abomination. If not i hope that Riot will kill it with fire before it lays eggs.

Considering the enemy had 0 MR, there's no reason it shouldn't work

TBH, sometimes I wonder if most players even realize that armor grants protection against physical damage. 4/5 of her opponents are almost exclusively physical damage. Ashe has magic damage in her ultimate, which has a long cooldown and isn't particularly reliable. Some of them might have magic damage keystones, but for the most part, armor will block a lot of damage. If your champion isn't dead yet, they can keep doing stuff. Once their health hits 0, they can't fight anymore...and you can't even take revive as a summoner spell so why people don't take resistances even after the removal of revive completely baffles me.

I swear, almost every time I ask a mid lane player to buy armor, they literally just go to the armor tab and buy the only thing that gives them AP(unless they are an AD champ in which case they probably mute me because they think AD champs mechanically cannot buy armor). Zhonya's barely gives any armor, especially if you don't farm up the tier 2 item to grant additional armor.

Kata going tanky is actually nothing unusually, it happened alot in history. What do you expect to happen when a high mobillity champ gets a full reset on his kit on kill/assist. Unless the values are gutted to a point where she's not able to lane or otherwise hold her ground on her own, it will be enough for her to just stay alive till people die and give her resets.

Also, sunfire+thornmail+magicpen vs full ad setup...

I've done cinderhulk tri force Kat jungle 3 times, got fed each time but didn't solo carry

Also the sun fire + thornmail does a lot of magic damage along with the gun blade active, and the deadmans auto. Not to mention how fed you were

if u ask me she is just overpowered way too high base damages in aoe and good scalings on top and everything is spammable as fuck with tons of blinks to be even more annoying
