I think we can all agree Zed needs a buff, so here's my ideas:

I don't want to sit here and be salty but literally everyone on reddit has agreed that Zed is in need of something that will affect him positively (for once LOL) I would suggest to revert the ult nerf from 5.9 and to make it easier to react make his ultimates cast time 1s instead of the current 0.75, also because it's easier to count to 1 than 0.75. If u still feel like Zed needs buffs, fix his bug with his shadows, after ~2400 units his shadows COMPLETELY stop copying abilities (even his ult shadow, even though IT has unlimited swap range) I personally don't think he needs more than this and (just an idea) make his auto attacks that are NOT his passive feel more responsive (so, faster animation) I think Zed needs some buffs and some bugfixes, while I dont think the current way his W-Q works is a bug, I think it effects him in a VERY negative way and consider increasing his W speed from 1500 -> 2000 and consider increasing the range to 650, to compensate, reduce his Living Shadows' spells widths'. Probably could reduce his Q spell width by 20 and his E by 60 to make his poking even harder to land

With ALL these changes above Zed's combo would be dodgeable (The W speed was nerfed because of the combo being nearly un-missable) he would have retained his identity while maintaining A LOT of counterplay. I can only hope for things like these since I have honestly lost faith in Riot when it comes to balancing Zed now.
