Does anyone else feel like Pyke's Ult should be Untargetable?

I'm not saying he needs it to be untargetable.

I'm saying when I play him I somehow expect to be untargetable after I press R, even though I'm not.

Why should he be untargetable? He already dashes and does an AOE health based execute. Making him Untargetable during it would break him so hard.

It does seem to create the illusion that he's untargetable, similar to Xayah's ult animation. It would be fine if he was still targetable, but idk, maybe it could be a bit more clear.

Nah, His ult is actually really strong as is, the issue infact is that it's too strong, making him pretty useless in a team fight after he uses his abilities, he just waits around for ults and that's it. If his q had a lower cooldown (and some more damage on his shortened version would also be nice) but his ult does not need to be changes, otherwise it would be just broken, given its short AF cooldown.

I place him in the DariusIllaoiJarvanIVVi dunk squad. If you can knock him out of the sky before he lands it's fair game.

As someone who's never made the mistake myself, I kinda feel like his ult should just be a blink regardless of target. If you want to use it as an escape like all those other pyke's I've saw tried to, then it should be. Everyone else seems to think that's how it can be used anyways.

I think that being untargetable during the R might push him a bit too far in terms of power. A lot of times I nearly kill everyone chaining ult and it's the fact that I got caught in some standard teamfight aoe dmg that stops me from doing that to the mosh pit.

Yes, and I would like that feature.

Or at least make him unstoppable.

If they take away some of his mobility, maybe. But right now, he can get in and out pretty safely as is. Making him invulnerable while ulting would be pretty unfair combined with his current mobility.
