There now veigar is semi fixed and is no longer and E bot that changes the game with his horribly op stun.

E is a skillshot in a way. It isn't guaranteed stun you know. If you outblink the cast, he's dead

Its not a skill shot around baron,dragon or in the jungle. Theres no counter play to his huge ass AOE stun. And tons of veigars are good enough to trap it around you and time it so you perfectly walk into the barrier and get stunned

That's also why you DON'T force a dragon or baron if you know they're all up. He can't solo your team like assassins so don't complain as hard. Again, if he missed stun, he isn't getting away. Zed missed with shadow? Just pop up in another place. Right now assassins are the problem especially in mid. Not immobile mages.

there is also no cast indicator, meaning you either need to predict where and when he will place t or hope he misses, he has needed an update for a while.

I like the idea of a bind. At least it gives players the opportunity to do something instead of getting deleted.
