How do you lane against swain as morde?

Real question: How do you lane vs ANYTHING as Morde, and not just snowball their jungler+top laner with youre giant free kill self.

You can count plat+ Morde mains on one hand, and I have no idea how they manage to stay above 45% winrate.

I mean,it's not that he does no damage it is just getting that damage out. that's why most morde players get . kinda a "i can do my job but people do it better then me" thing. a late game morde could do like 3K damage with Q or you could just do top and crit with like 2 attacks a second
