@RiotWav3Break and Whoever Else is Working on Teemo: QoL Teemo Change

Bring his freaking mana cost on shrooms down to 50/75/100. I'm a Teemo main for over 3 years now. You are halving the amount of shrooms I can have on the field. Give me a bit more mana. Plus it also brings his ult cost in line with other champions, which I want since I'm OCD about these things. If you are lowering the amount of over time zone control I can have, I would like to have a TINY TINY TINY bit more flexibility in how frequently I can use my ult to change which zone I'm trying to control. It's honestly not that much of a buff, I rarely build too much CDR on Teemo anymore. This would just open up more viable builds that involve CDR without too much mana regen required.

I don't think it'll really make him stronger in any way, it'll simply make him feel more viable as well as keeping with standardizing ult mana costs across champions. Plssssss. While you're working on Teemo, standardize his ult mana cost.
