FOR JUSTICE1 votesI didn't think vi built lethality tbh. plus he did say champs only get buffs if they were downright dependent on duskblade.
but if you just wanna one-shot everything, just go to runes, click on anything that isn't inspiration, and it'l work.

late game i only needed a q + basic attack to shot adcs lol
