you guys nerfed ap xin for a item he would never buy (devourer over runic any day) and then you buff his ad scaling hard and I mean crazy hard, and now you go to nerf him yet again but you take out more of his ap power >.>

seriously riot you want us to be able to build different stuff every game depending on the match up and what not, but you push champions into a smaller range of builds all the time. why not just kill ap xin for good and give him the yi treatment no ap scaling on w or e

no more ad malph

go ahead, lets make Leona skills scale on hp and not ap

Basically, they want to shift Xin away from Guinsoo's and more into this raw ad+crit guy. And as for Guinsoo's being op, it is to an extent, but also consider that good hybrid builds simply didn't exist before this, so its a completely new balance problem for them to solve. Perhaps they like how guinsoos is right now and their taking more of a "Tone down the edge cases" kind of approach. As for off meta builds, I don't think riot is actively trying to kill off meta stuff, but it still is kinda sad to see stuff like this go

Guinsoos rageblade which almost every cin builds gives a good chunk of ap. It isnt aimed at nerfing an off meta build or... Runic echoes xin

when they released runic echo they nerf xin because of it, even said so in the [patch

and yes that broken rageblade makes people like xin broken, but its the item, not so much the champion and still they nerfing the ap scaling and not the ad scaling, that's kinda... eh
