Soraka

Braum

All of these things vie had said to me. All of these things resulted from me making a single mistake either at that moment or prior in the match. All of these things also have to do with my supporting style and how Riot isn't allowing me to play it well and efficiently. I remember a while back I saw a post on the boards about how there are different ways to support. The champion(s) you play represents how you support in your games and as a whole. I prefer to play the peel support that defends you with their life (), the healer (), and the nothing you can do about my bombs or utility (). This puts a hindrance on my supporting abilities because I can't level properly. Let alone build anything that is greatly useful to allies without being a hindrance to me. The lack of experience gain from playing support is also hugely a problem. When I'm warding, I lose experience. When I back because I'm low on mana, I lose experience. When I roam to other lanes and we end up not getting a kill, I lose a lot of experience.

I can't tell you how many games ive ended up playing (not as zilean) and by the end of a 40 minute game, I was atleast 3 levels behind my team. I cant tell you how many times ive opened up the shop and saw no items to help my current situation (an all ad team when I am AP, etc). I can't tell you how many times ive been flamed by my allies because of me keeping them alive and/or doing something wrong.

I can't tell you how long ive been debating this. Im debating on whether or not the support role is worth it anymore. There seems to be hardly any support from the community (in the games I play) and from riot to keep playing this role. I cant carry, I cant make mistakes without being flamed, I cant even get up to level 18 in 90% of my games anymore.

I urge you riot, give supports what we need. This is killing the role and Ive seen many supports protest their neglect and lack of attention from Riot. We have all seen the "I quit support" posts on the boards. Something needs to change. We are on our last limb here.
