Believe it or not lethality is a good concept and lol needs more

Lethality provides another tuning lever that, when working correctly will allow more diverse builds without strictly making items completely'class specific.'or restricted.

League needs more of these levers.

Ap users need a similar new stat.

One of the biggest problems with support utilization is that if an ap support item is good it will be nerfed when mid uses it.

So items could be segregated to contain a 'utility' stat. This would buff shields heals slows and potentially other affects. Most ap items would have a mix of the stats.

An item like ludens would have very low utility since its damage focused. Rylais would have high utility and a scaling utility ratio on the slow.
