Change Bard's Ult or he will never be good.

His ultimate is honestly the most trash ult in the game. It is 9/10 times a hinderance to the team and can also be used by trolls. I have to admit it was kind of funny, but I had a Bard in one of my games and the mid lane was trash talking him-- so every time Bard saw someone going mid to gank him, he would ult the mid and get him killed. It was freaking hilarious. All jokes aside-- this guy is the new Eve before her rework. No one wants him on their team, and only noobs want to play him. Bard LOSES games for your team, never wins them.

I think you should change his ult to something like spawn 2-4 Giant Meeps to run and charge all enemies in an area and knock them up, or stun them. That would be pretty killer to add to his kit. Then add just a slight range to his Q and he will bring the house down.
