Singed Buff Idea

As a Singed main, I can tell you how terribly frustrating it is to watch people chase me and gain HP while just sitting in my poison sometimes. This shouldn't happen, like ever, unless I have literally no AP.

My suggestion is to add a healing reduction to Singed's poison trail, maybe not Grievous Wounds strong, but something along those lines. If you are sitting in poison, you should just about NEVER be gaining HP, unless your kit is built around healing, like Aatrox, but even that should be greatly reduced.

Thoughts?

Heck just give it grievous wounds not like it would be op it would be a nice buff that makes sense

He literally just got direct buffs and indirect buffs in the form of his AP items being buffed.

Those weren't actually buffs, they just made him not be the ONLY champ to not get MR per level. Thats not a buff, thats correcting an injustice. Also the snare thing is not a buff either, because you maybe get one of those a match if you are lucky enough to line one up.

The AP item thing is not a buff either, because the build path is longer and more awkward for most Singed builds, and have hurt his early/mid game. Sorry, these were distractions not actual buffs. He needs some actual love and this IS the answer.

You also have 0 games played with singed in your history, your opinion here is invalid.

He got four buffs in the last patch; MR per level, increases snare time (even if that rarely happens), 40% slow on Rylai's, and the biggest buff of all... automatically laughing when he flings.

That last buff alone is so huge that he'll probably need to be nerfed next patch.

SInged doesn't need a buff. He's strong as he is. His poison actually does more damage than spells such as Malzahar E (which also have cooldown), and can be active all the time on multiple members.

You are not a Singed player, what would you actually know about it?

I have played against him many, many times and I can tell you, a competent singed player does not need any buffs on his champion. I do not need to main a champion to know him well and to know if he's strong/viable or weak, but in my opinion 70+(0.3ap)/second permanent dot is nothing to laugh at. Basically, if you can keep your poison on a target for 10 seconds (a long time, I know) and do not use anything else to do damage you deal the same amount of damage than a bust mage in their full combo.

Also, if you check his winrates, Singed mains have had 55%+ winrate (56% atm) for many patches now. I know winrates don't mean everything, but he is perfectly viable and strong as he is. He does not need buffs at the moment.

Singed is already bugged with Rylai's proccing 40% so that's more than enough for the moment lol. Even after that's fixed, I think he'll still be OK even if not in the same tier of stuff like Wu'Kong & Irelia (although he does fine vs them).

As far as the winrates of Singed mains, that is actually not too impressive. It's pretty standard for someone with many games on a champion. Moreover, Singed has a low pick-rate. I think he's fine but "strong" isn't the word I'd use. That applies only if he gets deep into the mid-game with a lot of gold.
