So..why are people complaining about Cass again?

Just played her for free week, used to play her a ton during s2 and some of s3 before i left the game for awhile. She feels pretty much the exact same..just less early game power more late game. O_o her play style isn't any different...I don't get it? I see people complaining about her E spam all the time which is stupid, because she was always like that. They say she used to be a "Dot mage" which is bullshit, you just leveled up Q first once and awhile in farm lanes and now you just don't NEED to do that and Q late game still hurts.

I Feel like most of the complaints come from people who rarely if ever actually played Cass or had a fundemental misunderstanding of her playstyle...

The main issue at least for me, is that you could choose between playing as a Dot mage or E spammer on pre rework Cass depending on team comp, situation etc. Now it's just pure E spam. Her two other non ultimate abilities exist solely to allow her to spam E.

I do like the added spell vamp and poison amp on her E, but I really wish they didn't stuff all of her power into one spell

Her new passive is lame and takes too long to be worth anything. Her old passive fit her playstyle perfect.

Her damage is good, yeah. She lost her lane bully status, though. She also gets crushed by most meta champions.

her Q/W base damage were gutted.

and their scaling Imo she';s weaker overall if you're not spamming E's her poke poison is nerfed but her all in is buffed.

So many people tell me that changing her playstyle messes with her theme. I'd like these people to tell me what a seductress + Medusa has to do with poison. If anything, her semi-useless ult that has 0 synergy with her other abilities (unless your team is there) is her best thematic ability.

Because everyone preferred the old DoT Cass where it deals like 80% of enemy's HP with 1 lazy Q, instead of being a machine gun by spamming her E where mana costs & positioning matters.
