Is that voice over. I love it. I adore it. I can't help but act extremely EVIAAAAAAAL in chat because of it. I personally find it greatly enhances the performance of the person playing Veigar. But, it's fine. it won't be nerfed...Evil CAN'T be nerfed..muahahahahahahahahahha.
But they did nerf it; he no longer laughs after killing someone with his ultimate.
Riot said they are working on a fix, but it's been months since people brought it up. Better late than never, I suppose.
