Possible nerf to put Ahri in line with other mages (and their q skill shots)

I'm not sure why Ahri doesn't have this already, her Q doing reduced dmg the more targets it hits, down to a minimum of 40% (like the likes of Orianna/Cait/Varus) It could recalculate to 100% on return of the orb but should still do reduced dmg to subsequent targets.

Same goes for TF Q tbh, not sure why he doesn't have it yet.

Honestly the only thing change she needs imo is so her Q only gives her the ms boost if she hits a champion. Her Q, unlike Ori, Cait and Varus is her primary source of damage in a kit that already lacks damage compared to traditional mages, so I really don't think hitting her Q damage is the right way to go about things.
