Jhin

Back in S6 i used to main jhin because of sniping and close range mechanics that allowed him to burst in and out. Now Flash foward to S8 now jhin is a worthless pile of dung. Its not bad enough that jhin is Vitamin food for assassin champs since he has no mobility or dodge abilities now he cant even fight his fellow ADCs the point was that he only has 4 shots and a slow attack speed but the trade off was supposed to be slightly higher damage now Riot nerfed him so much that he has no attack speed early game and the same amount of attack damage as any other ADC.
