I beat this mastery 5 garen pleb at level 32 and he also had a skin which makes him the biggest nu male ive even seen but i found it absurd that he only built health and armor and he was getting free attack damage for no F*cking reason. STOP making garen so easy for noobs literaly the must one sided fight ever because he has a stupid warmogs built into him, free armor buff, free damage, and fucking instakill ult and speed. STOP RIOT THINK WHAT YOU"RE DOING WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING LEVEL 30 to abuse such a retarded Male equivalent of MAry SUe or Rey from Star wars Garen needs to be put down
