Fix Darius

I was in a game with match up against Darius and Oh my god how broken he is. I had my whole team flaming me for feeding him but this wouldnt had happened if Darius Pull wasn't dumb it i would literally dodge the pull in the animation but apparently Darius axe has gorilla glue on the tip of the axe which pulls me in even thou i clearly am not in the animation radius. Also a side note as Sion the Q takes a little while to charge up to get a stun but for some reason when i stun Darius the animation shows hes stunned but he somehow pulls me in after i stunn him. Also riot Please fix that Sion E bug the minions don't go all the way they just blow up like an inch after you activate the E. Also Riot please reduce Darius speed with that Rune Fleet footwork in the early game i couldn't even dodge darius Q because he has more movement advantaged im just stuck there helplessly because i cant even attack him back because his passive is absurd
