Do not play jungle if you don't pressure the map

Jungle is the most important role in the game. It has the power to make people who are worse than their lane opponent win regardless. The jungler wins the map, but I'm sick of people who just decide to not gank. Losing games constantly because my opponent gets a gank and snowballs off it, despite me winning trades yet being counter picked, is the most annoying and stupidest thing right now. Meanwhile the jungler just doesn't gank, especially top lane, the lane that can TP gank, or take rift herald and split push the game.

Don't jungle if you won't gank.

Jungle is not the most important role in the game. Support is just as important as junglers. They have to put down Most wards/pink/clear wards for the entire team. Vision is essential and they fulfill that role. I would say all roles are even in importance.

  • Top can roam mid and tp anywhere on the map. Top can snowball and get towers.
  • Mid can roam top or bot or jungle. Mid can snowball and get towers. -Adc has a strong role late game for shredding tanks/squishies.

Now, about your post, junglers may choose to go for objectives like dragon/rift instead of ganking. Junglers may choose to gain vision control/counter jungling to make the enemy jungler fall behind. Junglers may just farm if all lanes are pushed to turret and the enemy is not low. There are circumstances where they don't have to gank.
