Why not add some of the former TT/Dominion Items to the Rift
With the massive rework to Twisted Treeline as far as removing items go (Leaving them left for Definitely Not Dominion), why not add some of them to Summoner's Rift. However, some of these items are too weak, don't fit, or maybe even overpowered. As such, I have a few suggested changes to balance them. (Plus we add champions to the game every 2-3 months, why not add some items.)
Honestly I'm not sure what to make of this item. It's no longer in Dominion, mostly left to be forgotten. It could be interesting to see it return to Twisted Treeline, so you can a more "useful" trinket.

. The item sounds like a great addition to each champion's respective lane up, mostly because they use attack speed and CDR, but mostly cannot use AD to use
, especially Azir. With a potential upcoming (probably mini) rework of Azir, it could be nice for him to have another item for his build. However one foreseeable problem is both of these champions would also have access to
, making them extremely hard to kill.
This was reworked into a TT only item, so no real hopes here.
Honestly the item sounds like a tanks Snowballing item. However I'd raise the gold cost so that it isn't more powerful than Warmog's. However like Warmog's, it might fail to find a place in the meta. Especially with regenerating 60 HP per second for 5 seconds on kill/assist, the item might even be overpowered or underpowered.
Now this is one item I'd love to see. Now what would I do? Rework it, but keep the stacking idea. Change build to

+ 325 gold (3100 total cost). 40 AD, 35% attack speed, 10% lifesteal with a stacking passive that grants +5 AD, 1% lifesteal, and 4% AS on hit, max 5 stacks. (Total of 70 AD, 15% lifesteal, and 55% attack speed, or 2650 -> 4387.5 gold worth of stats.) I love this rework idea, however I feel like the item would be abused by various marksmen for it's high stats, thus the item should problem be melee only. Who would use it?

I actually have no ideas for this item. It sounds like something Jhin would abuse, but no one else would buy it. Maybe turn it into a werid ball of micro stats? 30% crit, 20% attack speed, 30 AD?
No not the trinket, the actual item. Not even sure if it was a TT or Dominion item, but I had an idea anyways. Build path doesn't mean much, just needs 10% CDR like any other support item. Anyways, my idea is a vision control support item. 2 Passives. Unique Passive - Pure Vision: Maximum Stealth Wards on the map cap increased by 1. Unique Active - Hunters Sight: basically the item's current active.

I love this item's icon. Honestly, it sounds like a good idea, barely needs changes. Stats on it are fine, decent levels of resistances with low AP. What about the Tenacity? Tenacity is only good on tankier people, because squishy mages die instantly (Thus they have Zhonyas) and ADCs getting CC'd die instant (Thus they have QSS). I don't see the item being a big problem with comparing the idea of the trade off of not getting
, because most champions who would buy it don't buy
(Which was one of the big problems with Zephyr on many Fighters). So who would buy it potentially?
