Please fix the End of Game Mouse lock bug

At the end games, the mouse constantly locks up in the upper left corner, often when playing Kayle. This bug is super annoying because it causes me to not be able to report players in the end of game lobby (Example, shaco I had last game who intentionally left me to die) by forcing me to restart my computer.
