Core : Get and finish all the way into For 10 cdr, Get Then Go tanky OR solo carry with or or if you manage to get fed in lane (Happens most of the time if you play it well).

Some items i like to rush are or because they give ton's of utility.

Runes & Masteries : Take CDR blues, Armor Yellows, AD reds, 1 CDR Quint And 2 AD quints if you wanna go ham. Can get armor Quints if you wanna be a real tank. I go 18/0/12 because i find fevor more useful in the bot lane but 12/0/18 or 0/18/12 are also good of course (You want the extra health mastery and summoner spell cdr mastery so you can have ignite & flash up more often)

How to play : Level 1 You don't wanna even THINK of trading You will die outright. Take E first so you can proc the relic shield and get money for you and adc while not being poked. Level 2 You take Q For Mobility. Level 3, you can start going in. Riven's CC can provide A LOT of opportunities For you and your adc to chunk health. Level 6 you basically can kill the adc ALONE (Provided you or your adc didn't feed) or you can engage R-->Q-->Q-->Flash-->Q-->W-->Shockwave.

Riven Support has good synergy with & Gets counterd by & Because of the strong dis-engage. I don't Recommend riven support if you are new to the champ.
