Does Static Shiv HAVE to do aoe damage? WHAT IF we changed its identity
I feel like SS as is is sort of a band aid item for a lot of ADCs who don't have a lot of built in waveclear. It's also a superior version of Runaans on everyone except kalista...
Out of morbid curiosity, what if the burst was kept the same (or better) but for single targets instead of multi? This would further separate the 3 main AS items for ADCs.
PD- crit stacking consistent damage item Shiv- Sow build up to a massive burst without aoe. Runaans- Aoe dmg for ADCs with no waveclear.
