Can we give annie a cast time on tibbers already...

I mean seriously for something that does between at least 200 to 600+ counting the ap she would have at level 6 and 16 ON TOP of procing Luden's Ekko, and applying a stun to everything in the spot im really sick of having to leave lane permanently once she hits 6 out of fear of the unavoidable insta-gib combo.

wish people that are not level 30 would not post about balance. You do not have the game understanding to have a single thought about this.

Tibbers does not stun on its own, the passive has to be up. Learn how to count and play around her inability to do full spell rotations back into stun being up.

god its almost like this is a smurf account or something...oh wait those don't exist...and im sure the stun that comes from 4 abilities wont matter even though her q is on a 3 second cooldown and she just needs to use it once to get the stun in a rotation of spells... oh and the stun is the only reason not that she can kill you even without it before you can react since her ult and w are instant and her q is point and click on top of her stupid aa range....and tibbers' aa that is guaranteed to hit you i have only been playing since season 2 but no i have no knowledge of the game... fuckin moron

Or I can not waist my time arguing with some elo boosted annie main over a champion who everyone knows is broken...you probably argued about nasus, riven, ryze, the original FF and fuck probably even release xin if you even played that long saying "they are balanced" forgetting that all of them had nearly 0 counter play which annie funnily enough is on that same boat

I think it'd be pretty cool if she threw the teddy bear like a bard ult and it exploded into tibbers...more of a thematic and aesthetic fit and gives it a cast time.
