Do I still build mana on him? I think he will just become another plain AP mage all over again, and what's better, there's a chance Ryze will now be pushed to mid instead of top since Frozen Heart may not be so useful in conjunction to his W & E nerf. I dunno, I mean this is just imo.

Red = HP scaling, Orange = AD scaling, Yellow = Armor scaling, Green = AP scaling, Blue = Mana scaling, Purple = MR scaling...and then I forget if there's another or not. But, yeah, that should just be some easily accessible information instead of putting a redundant tooltip marker.
Could clean up a lot of tooltips if they simply put something like that in plain sight.

isn't a fun tank build that gives you lots of damage on your silence anymore. Not that it was a good build, but OP Infuse hits were fun.

doubleguac1 votesI absolutely HATE playing against ryze top lane. I think his kit is fundamentally unhealthy in a number of ways, and I think he's a bit overtuned at the moment. But even I think this is overkill. If they actually end up removing the mana scaling on two of his abilities, he's going to be unplayable.
That being said, I seriously doubt Riot will go through with it. The change was already reverted on the PBE.

Why Riot reverted it back? Just asking. Cause if they actually did remove the mana scaling on both W & E, I think most Ryzee would think building Frozen Heart on him is kinda useless now, hence it may make him a viable mid champ again instead of top.
