thats 100% the area that needs to be hit
maybe make it decay MUCH faster or something . but have a shorter window to where it heals tahm. rewarding tahm for leaving combat and getting his heal

When you put damage into TK and he pops the shield, he should be vulnerable for a while, not just 8 seconds.

yukumari1 votesIdk. I'd rather his fishy stacks fall off more quickly, or make it so that there is a delay before he can start applying more. Id also like if his tongue used up some (if not ALL) of the fishy stacks when it stuns. That would be great.
