this is a bit of a salty post, yeah, but rengar's SERIOUSLY stupid still. He's still able to give a zero second reaction time for jumps(fingers on flash and heal and I died before my fingers could press either one) So, I'm wondering if another major pass at him is scheduled any time in the future, or do you feel like he has enough tweakable numbers?

, to this point is better and more powerful on supps due to windspeaker, and is more powerful on ADC's because it allows them to use them to engage and amplify their damage, and to prevent burst in the rigth moment from assasins.
But I think no one has catched up to this, because everyone is so used to being MANDATORY in supps and on ADC's to the point where they consider you a troll if you try to change this, people can be really intollerant to an unreasonable point.
