PSA: Use Pick Intent In Ranked/Draft

For anyone who asks "who banned X champ?", remember that you can use pick intent to tell us "I am going as X champ. DO NOT BAN THEM." A couple times I've seen people complain about ban choices, but the person complaining didn't have anyone tentatively chosen, thus leading to a failure to communicate with the team.

It also helps us make a team comp based on who is picked, helping us decide as a team if we need more tanks or more siege power, or help us understand that we need to help distract the enemy for our splitpusher.

Just a couple thoughts based on a couple of my past games.
