I"ve seen alot of firstpicks get banned because they didnt ban someone in particular, all their bans are reasonable. IE. if your firstpick bans jax, soraka, and tahm dont flame him that he didnt ban rengar... there just isnt enough bans

When a champion becomes FOTM, everyone and their sister wants to play them -- so they'll buy RP for the champion, skins, all that. Then we'll move on to the next FOTM wave, and repeat the whole process.
Just another wonderful effect of one of the "greatest" payment models in the world. ^^

disregardable2 votesI think Jax is very easy to kite. I can understand people banning him when they can't kite for shit and they refuse to ward, but that's not a counterplay issue, that's an "I refuse to deal with this champion" issue.
Spaceman5pff2 votesMy personal desire to ban Jax comes from his Dueling and Splitpushing power, especially with rageblade. If the enemy team can waveclear and disengage well enough / avoid fighting us 4v5, Jax can work down turrets faster than near anyone else in the game. This alone isnt a huge issue but as the game goes on he often requires 2-3 people to stop him.
So for me, kiting isn't the issue but rather stopping a splitting jax takes more coordinated map rotation than I can expect from most of my soloQ teams
