Why does Kayn exist?

I understand that he's an unique champion but I don't think he belongs in league in his current form. I just had a game where he instakilled our ADC because he jumps in, does his combo, presses R and then runs a way after.

He's very hard to catch and 1v1ing him is impossible since he's impossible to chase.

I know I sound salty but I find him extremely frustrating to play against. It isn't fun to be 1 shot and not being able to do anything about it.

zed comes in w, q,e,r one shotted anything but a tank. why does zed exist? His ult and w makes it really hard to kill/catch him and 1v1'ing him is impossible because of his combo. (you're logic)

Which form though? Because if he was in his Assassin form, what he did was ok, because deleting squishies is his job
