Revert the Nautilus changes completely, and start a new.

Now, I'm not a Nautilus main, but I do play him a decent but and enjoy him and wish to see him do better, but now these changes on the PBE have made it to pure nerf levels.

8/3 Nautilus [Context] Titan's Wrath (W) Shielding changed from [65/70/75/80/85 (+9/11/13/15/17% maxHP)] to [60/70/80/90/100 (+9/10/11/12/13% maxHP)] Duration lowered from 10 to 6 Cooldown lowered from 18 at all ranks to 12 at all ranks Cost lowered from 80 to 60

8/7 Nautilus [Nautilus has other changes in testing on the PBE!] Titan's Wrath (W) cost reverted from 60 to 80

Now the only benefit from these changes is a 6 second CDR reduction. Everything else is a nerf. Naut has big mana issues, and making it so he gets less from his most important ability in trades for nothing else is not how you make him better.

Riot please, you wanted to make tanks 'viable' again, this is the opposite of what you're suppose to do.
