ok for context the reason i got MASK over ROA is i was jungle / which means less time to stack ... also my entire team... top, mid bot n support were all mages

by me getting mask i helped them do more magic damage

uhmm that's because you learned to grasp the game better after all this time. No matter how broken he is now if you can't land your Q either your enemy team is practically new or you will get rekt. You've gotten better at the over all game that's the biggest improvement above the champion kit.

Still, I've been playing since near the end of Season 3, and my enemies would occasionally whine about cho when I was playing him, but it was rare. Now, you see him banned on a semi-regular basis and he's flavor of the month for gameplay board circlejerking. Just a lot to take in

Just delayed effects of his ulti change and stoneplate.

I tested the combo the day it came out because i realized and i was spot on, well not that i was the only one.

Anyone that thought about it for a second or two noticed, it's just that hardly anyone paid any attention to cho until a few people played it and the flash-stoneplate - R thing started happening and people saw it.

Not sure if you saw the video but he could flash + R a full hp Caitlyn who had overhealing.

Not to mention any form of cc on anyone makes for free food for him or movement speed buffs.

Huh, just realized Cho's ult technically is % Max HP True damage isn't it? I mean it is based of his HP not his enemy's, but I never equated his ult to the most hated damage form in League.

I hate Cho'Gath too much to laugh at this, no matter how accurate it is, as indeed top laners are usually op when they have %max hp dmg in their kit.

I ban him since he's so broken atm and it's worse when no one on your team will buy a item 3036 until late game when he's got close to or more than 9k hp and 12-16 stacks of feast. After they complain about getting feasted for 1200 they buy it and you finally kill him and celebrate. It's even worse when he eats Elder dragon and then Baron or vice versa and comes into your base and 1 shots you.

He didn't get broken because of that. He got broken when he could instakill people with Gargoyle Stoneplate in conjunction with his ultimate's health scaling.

yea basically but they didnt think that was enough so now if you build tanky vs cho to survive his true damage ( HP ) you get punished by his E doing % max hp to his target

well considering his E already has a slow dont need mallet , it wont apply to Q or W cus they are spells and E is now an active where your next 3 autos apply spikes but only for those autos then it goes on cd

so mallet, razor,rageblade all a waste

razor and rageblade would still work with it if you had 45% CDR you could constantly have your E on.

To those saying just stack mr that works great right up until the point he gets a few items and combo's you in 4 moves and while you're waiting to rez he's killing more stuff. The other night I got 2 shotted with a lot of mr by Q+ 1200 R and auto e while in air and feasted me while still in air.
