Huh, just realized Cho's ult technically is % Max HP True damage isn't it? I mean it is based of his HP not his enemy's, but I never equated his ult to the most hated damage form in League.

I ban him since he's so broken atm and it's worse when no one on your team will buy a until late game when he's got close to or more than 9k hp and 12-16 stacks of feast. After they complain about getting feasted for 1200 they buy it and you finally kill him and celebrate. It's even worse when he eats Elder dragon and then Baron or vice versa and comes into your base and 1 shots you.

To those saying just stack mr that works great right up until the point he gets a few items and combo's you in 4 moves and while you're waiting to rez he's killing more stuff. The other night I got 2 shotted with a lot of mr by Q+ 1200 R and auto e while in air and feasted me while still in air.

I thought he was broken due to the health scaling on his ultimate's true damage.
