Azir might need reworked.
I have been playing
Azir for a while now, and contrary to popular belief, He is actually an ok champion.( A comment I am likely to get some grief for saying.)
However he does have some issues that should be addressed:
Stats: I can honestly see why Azir would cause developers trouble when it comes to balance, mainly due to his scaling attack speed of his W--Arise. However, Azir struggles through the first half of the game while you are trying to max out Arise. A way to fix this would give Azir normal mage stats and apply the attack speed boost only when his solders are active, if that is too much you could try applying the attack boost only to the solders.
Abilities:
Honestly I have no quarrel with most of Azir's abilities, with the exception of his E---Shifting sands, which applies a shield if he hits an enemy champion. The problem I have with this is the fact that there are many champions that don't need to risk their lives to get a temporary shield. On top of that, the shield only can absorb one or two hits before being destroyed or timing out.
