The issue with 7.10 Heimerdinger (gameplay balance issue)
Recently I had a game against the new Heimer on the 7.10 patch. I do appreciate some of the buffs involved with the new Heimer. However there is one buff in particular that is broken and lacks proper counterplay. the buff in question is the stack size on his turrets.
The reason this is an issue is because he is able to put up all of his turrets, effectively creating a brick wall that is difficult (and to some champions, almost impossible) to break through.
what I mean when I say that is: Heimer will generate one turret stack every 20 seconds, in one minute he will have all three stacks. Every time he places a turret down, it costs him 20 mana. if he is trading with another mage not only is the cost low enough for him to keep placing turrets every time someone destroys one, but also enough for him to keep casting his other spells. All at level 1.
in short, Heimerdinger is currently able to set up and make it impossible for the opposing laner to make any advancements on Heimer's lane tier 1 turret and potentially force them to farm under tower, causing an unfair loss in cs against something that they cannot properly counter.
