Season 5 runes and masteries.
What happened? Did they get thrown out the window or somethin? Or are season 4 ones permanent?

The upper-tier utility masteries are still less-than-optimal on nearly all champions (including supports), and the rune system is still a joke. Have you ever seen someone use decreased respawn time or experience gain quintessences? Also, tier one and two runes shouldn't exist.
B1naryB0t1 votesSorry to see you disagree. But still, the upper tier utility masteries are what make it possible for me to be a support main, otherwise I would probably get 2k gold per game. And so there are a few sub-optimal runes, it's no big deal, people just don't use them. And tier runes allow for players to experiment without having to drop 500 ip on some tier 3 rune.
