I'm thinking Fervor, since he's still an auto-attacker and his abilities probably proc the bonus damage great. On that note, does the bonus AD from Fervor interact with his passive, does anyone know?

None of Jhin's abilities procs Fervor.
Fervor does not grant bonus AD.

xl Kirito lx1 votesMaxing at like 50+ bonus damage per auto late game thou. When Jhin's doing 1000 damage crits, that's not much. Can jhin even hold onto Fervor stacks between his reload times?
Deathfire Touch just got a nice buff on him. His W and R are considered single target now, so it procs for the full amount. Combined with his insane AD gains, deathfire starts dealing respectable magic damage.

Cherysse1 votesFervor doesn't grant bonus AD, it grants extra physical damage on-hit, besides he doesn't attack that fast.
I recommend you to take hybrid pen runes, and 
, and use Deathfire Touch, the new changes allow him to have a full proc on his abilities and he gains insane amounts of AD late game, for that matter if he gains 800 AD late game he may have procs of DFT for 448 damage, which can be a death sentence.
