Can kayn get some kind of in game time for his passive?

Like at a specified amount of time kayn can just choose a form? If you can't get many ganks in for whatever reason being base kayn from mid game and on is pretty bad.

That's sort of the whole point they mentioned in the developer blog. He HAS to interact with opponents, or him being behind is his punishment.

right now it's super punishing for a guy who doesn't become relevant until he makes his passive though. and I could care less what he is intended to feel like and be, he should be balanced for play, not concepts.

I mean he's balanced around not getting his passive until around 9-13 minutes. The guy's clear speeds, base stats and his E are more than enough to apply enough pressure to at least fill up the bar for one of your forms before then. After 10 minutes you only need to hit champions like 8 times to fill the bar, it's really not hard.

Out of the 174 ranked games I've been able to "bless" my team with my Kayn prowess, there's only been maybe 5 games where I didn't have my passive by 15 minutes.
