I'd like a support on my team that actually queued for support and wants to play it, because I'm pretty sure every time the support is filled its just going to be a loss no matter what, i'm even starting to see them level 1 suicide in the enemy jungle on purpose just to make it end faster...

Okay and since there are more people who main crit Mordekaiser in Oregon alone than people who main support in low ELO, let's accept that's not really going to happen in a reasonable timeframe.
Riots going with Option B: Ranking/MMR for each role. If you are Gold and your Support was Auto Filled, it means they are at a Gold level on Support, even if they'd be Plat in Top or some other role.
If it will make you feel better, one of the reasons I started ti play support was because of autofill :) and I'm pretty sure there are a lot of players who play supp aswell.
Why don't you try to find some1 like that? At least you won't have to worry about autofill supports.
