I'm surprised I haven't seen any Ivern/Juggernaut bot lanes yet

With the rise of a few non-adc/ standard sup bot lanes (ziggs, malz, mf etc.) I feel like people are missing out on a Ivern + Juggernaut bot lane.

Why Ivern? His root allows allies to dash into attack range on the rooted. PERFECT for juggernauts to catch up to kiting adcs. Ivern also has a shield that slows people in a radius of his target. The shield helps with early game harass. ADCs don't really utilise the dmg/slow of the shield as they are rarely close enough but juggernauts on the other hand can get close enough to the enemy with their higher early game MS (rip morde) and with the slow, unlike in toplane, they can then reach the adcs reasonably unless they have a dash like ez and luc. Also most juggernauts have some form of crowd control (again rip morde) so the daisy ult can land reliably.

Good potential combinations

: Root-dar slow followed by dar pull- ivern shield slow- daisy knock up- enough time to get max stack dar ult : Root- easy skarner stun- shield slow- daisy knock up- skarner ult if needed. : Root- poppy ult- poppy stun/knockback- W to prevent dash champs from escaping (luc,vayne, kal)- shield slow + daisy.

Ofcourse a lot of this relies on ivern landing roots but don't most rely on their stunning skillshots for engages too? cough blitz, thresh, bard etc. cough. Maybe this is already happening in bot lane in high elo and im just missing someone.
