Is it time to deal with Nasus yet? Make it so he cannot just stack AR & MR and do 2000 per swing.

There is literally no reason this champion should exist in what they call a "balanced" system. There is no reason why someone who plays Nasus goes 0-9 and then 30 minutes into the game can still 1v1 any character in the game hitting for 2000 per swing while being near unkillable because he just built pure tanky items. God forbid he actually WINS his lane, fuck, because you are in for some serious surprise buttsex if you are in another lane not watching how top is going. Let's not forget to mention the most ridiculous slow in the fucking game, a point and click 90% slow that lasts like 15 seconds. Yeah good luck running away from that.

The time has come to remove this Freelo champion. Every other champion in the game is weaker when shut down and stronger when fed. Nasus is stronger when shut down and strongest in the game when fed.

Can you guess who had a bad game against Nasus?

Just because he isn't played in pros does NOT mean he isn't OP. Really not a good comment at all.

Some champions that are good in solo queue aren't that good in LCS, just like how some champions that are good in LCS aren't that good in solo queue.

Nasus isn't really overpowered or underpowered, but that's really an argument that should be retired.

Hoi Im Temmo2 votes

That is incredibly stupid logic. He isnt played in pro, because he doesn't bring anything to the heavily coordinated team fight oriented meta that permeates high ranked-organized team play. And actually, he is still brought from time to time, and still auto wins games that take too long.

Why is stacking defense and doing damage broken?

There are plenty of games with a sort of "Barbarian" archetype that's tanky and does damage.

It's also worth pointing out that champions in LoL survive long enough to do their job through 3 basic means:

Defense, Mobility, Range.

Which runs into the question: why is it ok for Kalista Leblanc to murder things by doing 2k damage in a short time-span where it's not cool for Nasus ?

Also, main difference between a tanky DPS champion like Nasus and: Ziggs a mage like Ziggs Zed an assassin like Zed Alistar a tank like Alistar

Is that Nasus doesn't start with enough defense to survive long enough to do his job. Even with his fairly impressive ultimate, he isn't exactly Zigg's ranged status or Zed shadow-dash jukes. He doesn't have anything on Alistar, or even a light-fighter like Yasou (capable of blocking all 5 ultimates from several teams for his entire team).

So rather than range, mobility, or defense - Nasus just gets damage, tons of damage, for free. Allowing him to build tanky DPS to be tanky and deal DPS, otherwise - why would anyone pick immobile melee DPS when you could pick highly mobily DPS like Riven ?

Okay, it's okay for Kalista and LeBlanc to do high damage because they both get 2-3 shotted by anything pretty much. Nasus takes an entire team using every ability they have for a good 10 seconds to kill him. He probably killed 2 of your teammates too while doing this 1v5.

Ali doesn't have shit on Nasus. I've never seen an Ali punch a person to half life in one shot and then be able to do it again in 1.7 seconds.

If you are 9-0 against Nasus and haven't roamed the map and snowballed the game to the point that it ends long before Nasus becomes a problem, then you're just bad.

I kinda feel like Nasus should lose something like 20% of his stacks on death. That whould allow for more of his power to be in more useful things instead of going AKF in top for 30 minutes.

SaltyKracka2 votes

I kind of feel that Irelia's stun should be removed entirely. That would allow her to finally be deleted from the game instead of being a teleporting ball of stats.

I'll take 25% bonus damage agaisnt the effected target that is lower % health and 25% damage reduction agaisnt a higher health target if you realyl want to see Irelia made more into an assassin.

You are talking of making champs unplayable while I am suggesting changing around power so the champ is still playable but has some down sides to AFK farming while their team gets distroyed.

Then again you are jsut salty.

SaltyKracka1 votes

I'll take just deleting Irelia from the game, since that's essentially what making Nasus lose stacks on death in exchange for unspecified "other useful things" would do.

Then again, I suppose I shouldn't have expected intelligent conversation from a bot.

  1. Pick Nasus
  2. Mute All
  3. AFK farm top

Not very healthy, but you don't need to be overpowered to be toxic. I get matched with those people, and it works quite a lot. I've even had a few on my team when the enemy wasn't able to end the game fast enough. It's sad to watch them struggle to adjust because it does hit like a ton of bricks.

I don't think he's the most problematic champion though, not even in top lane. I just don't like the idea of a ticking time bomb, and I don't like that he discourages teamwork. The winning before your time is up strategy is not very realistic, so I wish people would stop throwing that out there as counterplay.

When you're playing against Nasus you need to make a choice when you hit 6. Are you going to roam, or are you going to slap his hand every time he goes in for CS? You either babysit him, or pressure other lanes as hard as you can while hoping for the best. The choice you make can bite you in the ass later depending on the circumstances.

Finally we need to separate professional league games from solo queue. They're two entirely different environments.

works in plat too. You can feed FB, feed again, die to a gank... but as long as you can keep your stacks up and avoid being zoned, you'll still push down their inhib one way or another; either by forcing a 3 man gank that burns all their flashes and ults to get you while your team takes another lane, or by them trying to engage a 5v4 and letting you 3 shot their towers.

The only thing he can't do is 1v1 Vayne or Kalista.

The champ takes 25-30 mins to really turn on He has Tons of counterplay If you think he is op then welcome to wood 5

Is Nasus splitpushing and getting stacks? Force a 4v5 and take objectives.

Is Nasus roaming? Then he's not gonna get that many stacks.

Is nasus split pushing, force a 4v5? Okay and in 60 seconds of being alone he's got 2 towers down and is beating your inhibitor down. Yeah, leave nasus alone. I've never seen a Nasus roam except to maybe help out in a team fight every now and then.

50000000000000001 votes

If Nasus already has that many stacks, then the game is over. I mean in mid game where Nasus can try to make a team fight contribution or keep farming.

Hoi Im Temmo1 votes

Yes, it is time, but you will be down voted forever because you pointed it out.

BluePolarizer1 votes

fun fact:

1500 stack Nasus still dies to Vayne or Kalista 1v1 while dealing only damage from his E. You will never get 1500 stacks in a realistic game.
