You know I'm all for giving every game a good effort even when I don't think we can win but...

There should only be so many times in a row that 2 people should be able to deny a surrender vote. When its 15 to 50 and even the enemy support can duel anyone of us but the surrender vote always fails 3-2, there should really be some red flags popping up.

3 times in a row. On the 4th a 3-2 vote should be a surrender. If any other surrender vote fail type happens like a 2-3 or 1-4 then the counter resets.
