Katarina update please?

She just, feels so bad.. Like she didn't feel bad at all on release but i understood why they had to tone it down. However in this current meta where everything does damage it would be nice to see a little bit of compensation for her getting nerfed. By no means is she "gutted" but legit if you look up anybody that she used to counter. She no longer hard counters, in fact she loses to them statistically And i hate the "well mains do better" Well yeah anybody who one tricks a champion is bound to do better but like let's just be fair. = Note how cait is in the shitter despite mains doing above 50% wr with her. Similar to kat.

My proposal of buffs? Revert the e nerf and make it instant while keeping the damage where it is so she literally doesnt blow you up in seconds at level 2. I miss old shunpo I really do, and making it instant and resettable is fair considering irelia has the same mechanic. And the damage isn't even that high. It would just make playing her feel less clunky and "how do i do anything without being in your face obvious" Which was the problem with lb and why she got reverted, it was too much counterplay for an assassin.

Another proposal is buffing her damage early, that way it punishes the enemy for allowing her to get in their face while also making sure that the shunpo isn't too instant.

Clearly I'm a fan of reverting her option number 1, but I'd like to know anyone's thoughts.
