Lee Sin rework concept (I like to tinker)

The title says most of it. I like the idea of making Lee Sin more auto based, obviously not everyone likes that idea. This isn't a suggestion to Riot to implement, simply me wanting to throw around ideas and see what everyone else here thinks, so give your feedback, would this be too strong, too weak?

>Flurry: Using an ability grants a stack of Flurry, granting bonus attack speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Stacks decay one at a time.

I said I wanted to make him Auto based yes? I also considered him gaining back energy on all autos instead of just after using abilities, but I'm not sure, that could be too strong, perhaps after popping a mark on someone?

>Sonic Wave: Same, lowered damage. 25/40/55/70/85 (+ 45% bonus AD) Resonating Strike: Same dash, bulk of damage, marks target champ for missing health damage on next auto attack. 75/120/165/210/245 (+ 135% bonus AD) Resonance mark: (8% target's missing health)

I wanted to put the bulk of his damage into the second part of his Q, if he wants to hurt someone, he needs to commit to that fight. Adding a mark from the Q allows to spread out his damage a little and prevent it from being all at once.

>Safeguard/Iron Will: Passive grants Lee Sin Lifesteal equal to 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% Active: RANGE: 700 COST: 50 energy COOLDOWN: 14 Lee Sin dashes to a target ally. If the ally is a champion, they and Lee Sin receive a shield that lasts 2 seconds and Safeguard's cooldown is halved. If the target is a ward, the cooldown and energy cost is increased by 50% and the range is lowered by 100.

Yes, the spellvamp is gone, not because it's overloading his kit, but because it really just goes to waste. This is Lee Sin we're talking about, not Vlad or Mord. I also dropped the lifesteal some because with it up all the time it helps push him more towards an auto based champ without making him nigh unkillable.
Much like Riot adding a downside to Blitzs mobility, I wanted to give his ward jumping a little more of a downside, it's not huge I don't think, but it is significant.

>Tempest: Lee Sin strikes the ground, marking all targets in the area for 5 seconds. Striking the target cripples them and unleashes the tempest, dealing AoE damage to all enemies within 350 range of them and slowing them.

Again, trying to make Lee a bit more auto based. Similarly to Nautilus, this would actually make it possible for Lee Sin to go tank, jump into an enemy team and force them to focus or CC him or else he would pop this and begin popping the marks to deal a lot of damage. On the flip side, the damage can be toned down a little so assassin Lee Sin can't pull this trick on his own before getting melted.

Ooh boy, here comes the hate.

>Dragon's Rage:Range: 125 Knock back range: 1450 100/200/300 (+100% Bonus AD) Damage is increased by target striking enemy champions during knock back, increasing by 25% per enemy champion hit and dealing that damage to enemy champions on hit.

When Riot first suggested toning down the damage on his ult but scaling it up depending on how many enemy champs the target hit, I loved the idea, it made Lee Sin a great anti-initiation champ. Enemy tank jumps in your face? Kick him back into his own team, congrats, you've just dealt a HEAVY nuke to the enemies squishies.
To clarify, the target will initially take 100% of the damage, however, upon hitting another champion, the damage is jumped up to 125%. The second champ hit takes 150%, the third 175% and the third takes 200% damage.

No hate from me. This sounds like a fairer Lee Sin, hell, they can even buff him this way.

Just one question for you: Where's his second activation on W?

The second half of the W, the lifesteal/spellvamp, was changed to simply being a passive for the W. I removed the spellvamp because it honestly goes to waste, but left the lifesteal always active through the passive. With that done, the amount of lifesteal as well as his innate health regen can both be tweaked to control his sustain in the jungle.
