First of all, he seemed nice a kinda nice guy with a time machine and good morals, he even went back to save the wall painting. you turned him into a cocky brat with a million gadgets. Not only that but you kinda screwed up his ult. It clearly showed in the trailer that he saves a point in time, and can keep going back to it. This would have been freaking AMAZING. Something like

R - time thing CD-kinda long, Mana- who cares? Active: Saves a point in time, and gets 2/3/4 Rewind stacks. He can reactivate R to consume a stack, and reset EVERYTHING (except his rewind stacks, and his own HP/mana) back to when he had saved it. the stacks only last 7 seconds, but that time refreshes if he uses a stack.

But his current ult is SO lame. what part of time travels causes AoE damage and a heal?

The rest of his kit should barely even have anything to do with time, hes just a quick witted kid with a time machine and a sword. (an example kit of what i would have expected)

Q - Slide. medium-high CD He ducks and slides across the ground, gaining Dodge and being unaffected by skill shots. (is still hit be targeted and ApE spells) does (medium) damage to all units hit, and are marked with bad footing for 4 seconds, causing a 10% slow.

W - umm flip thing a guess, medium-low CD Deals a medium/low damage to a single target withing 200 range, as he jumps over them to their other side, landing 200 range behind them. If the target has a mark of bad footing, he is stunned for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 seconds, and the CD for this spell is reset.

E-shift , high CD he hits his time machine, instantly teleporting back to were he was 2 seconds ago, and reduces the CD of his other spells by 2 seconds. (CANT BE USES WITHIN 2 SECONDS OF CASTING R)

This would have actually been kinda fun, unlike his current kit, which is over complicated, and full gear that make no sense, and honestly have nothing to do with time or quick/cleaver-ness.

Wait, so you wanted him to be unstoppably broken without a chance of actually being added? You wanted a character that can delay games because he can just reset stuff? Please.

Pretty sure a well timed ult can change an entire teamfight, actually. Being able to rewind a teamfight over and over, then being like "Fuck it, let's just back off" on the third attempt, I mean. The team fucked you up the first time because they did better then you, why do they need to redo it because a champion gets the OPplshe'sweak. Have you even played him on the PBE, he's hilariously fun and he's pretty broken as well. His ult is amazing, I wouldn't want a, "oh I fucked up because I'm bad, better rewind"

While I agree his cinematic was quite misleading, what makes him cocky?

Anyways, I think his current kit is actually extremely fun, and his ultimate teleports him back to where he was 4 seconds ago, so there is a time component to it, and many people who have played him seem to agree that he is very fun and complex, but he is a typical Riot champion in general with on hit stacking mobility %HP damage.

Still, I think the ultimate that everyone expected IMO could have been extremely hard to work with, and I could only see it working in really really niche cases.

i don't like him because he is just a kid who is jumping around with a lighting sword in my eyes. His kit is don't looks so good for me. Imo it is too complicated. His w and R is very powerful but using it in a coordinated tf if not just difficult but nearly impossible. So he need to assasinate targets without these tools most of the times and for that you need to land your q to get the passive stack quickly enough. Also his w and his passive got fucked by item 3140. Also its looks like very hard for him to handle the broken item 3072. And cc is a hard enemy for him. But maybe i am wrong and he is a pretty good champ. I never played him on the pbe so i just saying it after reading his abilities. Let's give time for them to balance him out properly

aoe? energy blast ? its a time mashine it should be freaking powerfull maybe it releases some energy when it stops heal ... your crushed tissues rewert to their original healthy state .. this actualy makes sence for him to heal more than to not

His ult should have worked like this:

R- Chronoshift

Pressing your ultimate once marks your spot on the map as well as your health and mana levels.

Within 8/10/12 seconds you can press R again and you will port back to where you marked yourself and have the same health and mana.

If you do not press it a second time, the ult goes on CD, but CD is halved.

(side note, get rid of the vapor trail too. not needed)
